Where are you based?
  • I am based in Sydney, Australia. 
How long will it take to ship?
  • All orders will be packed within 1-2 days of ordering and dispatched asap! You will receive a message once your order has been processed and shipped. If it takes longer, I will reach out to let you know asap. Please note orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
  • Domestic orders will roughly take 5-14 days to arrive.
  • International orders may roughly take 2 weeks or longer to arrive.
Please note the shipping times above are only for reference only and are subject to change. I cannot guarantee the specific date that the item will arrive. 

Where do you ship to? 
I offer worldwide shipping!
  • However please note that due to new regulations (GPSR), I currently do not ship to EU countries.
  • Also due to the current situation with tariffs + temporary suspension, I am unable to ship to the US for the time being!

UK/EU Import Taxes & Custom Fees

  • All orders into the UK/EU are subject to import taxes and custom fees (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your country. I cannot control and am not responsible for any custom fees your government may charge you for importing goods.
  • Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for covering your country's custom fees and taxes.
Is there tracking?
  • Domestic orders can be mailed either as letters or parcels.
    By Letter = the cheapest shipping rate which means there is no tracking.
    By Standard Parcel = includes tracking
  • All international orders will be mailed as a standard parcel and will include tracking.

All orders will be mailed in a envelope (with bubble wrap).


All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. 

I accidentally wrote the wrong address, what do I do?

  • Please contact me ASAP via the contact page or Instagram (@kiroppu) with your correct address and order info. The sooner you notify me, the more likely I will be able to change/correct it as there is a chance I have not packed them yet!
  • Please note that if your order has already been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. 
The item I want is sold out! Will you be restocking them?
  • As my online shop are usually only open for a certain period of time, once an item is sold out, they will likely not be restocked until the next opening. 
Will the sold out item be available at your next event/convention?
  • Most of the time, all items will be restocked in time for my next event (unless stated otherwise) so keep an eye out for my upcoming events!
Do you accept refunds or exchanges? 
  • I do not accept refunds or replacements for change of mind. 
  • If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
